Kingsford Development Pte Ltd (“Kingsford Development”), is incorporated in Singapore in year 2011, it is also a subsidiary under The Kingsford Group which business includes managing property and real estate development. Their real estate’s business operates across China and Australia, mainly focusing on commercial and residential properties.

In the Singapore’s property market, Kingsford Development started its first property development with Kingsford Hillview Peak in 2012, a condominium consisting of 512 units located at Hillview Avenue. It then continue on to develop Kingsford Waterbay, a development at Upper Serangoon View, which is a condominium, with shop spaces and a childcare centre. Kingsford Development is currently developing Normanton Park, a residential development comprising of 1,862-units condominium with strata landed and shop spaces and a restaurant.

Recognized as a Global Brands in 2019 organized by The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises. It has Awarded Kingsford Development as Singapore Prestige Brand Award.
